Media managers are increasingly seeking entry-level candidates with a mixture of well-developed hard and soft skills. This panel aims to follow up on the very successful workshop and panel (which were presented during the 2022 conference) on the attributes and skills needed for becoming an extraordinary media manager. This year's panel will also include a focus on the perceptions of industry professionals, faculty, and students to see where there are consistencies and disconnects among the three groups.
